Pradeep Jain, Chairman Emeritus Mr Pradeep Jain laid the foundation stone of SGDC in 2005. An MBA & MS from Texas, USA, he is attributed with pioneering the development of high-end residential and leisure realty in India. As founder of Landbase with ITC Limited in 1992, he led two major developments - The Laburnum, one of the first landmark high-end residential projects and Classic Golf Resort, the first international standard 27-hole championship golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus in India. Furthermore, Under Silverglades, he conceptualised and developed the first golf centric gated community in India called The Tarudhan Valley Golf Resort which has now paved way for many similar communities all over the country. He has been the driving force behind making SGDC one of the most reputed sports ground development companies in India.

Col. S.K Bhattacharya, Director A foremost veteran in the field of golf course construction for over 25 years, and a well known master planner and constructor, Col. Bhattacharya and his highly trained team of experts have been responsible for constructing international standard golf projects in India when golf was just in its nascent stages of growth. He has been pivotal in the development of major golf courses like the Army Golf Course in New Delhi as well as the development of the 27 hole Classic Golf Resort in Gurgaon, Jaypee Greens in Greater Noida and the 9-hole golf course at Tarudhan Valley Golf Resort. He heads the entire construction and development logistics for projects under SGDC.

Vijay Chowdhry, Principal Advisor Considered a senior level marketing guru for the last 20 years, Mr. Chowdhry has over 40 years of professional experience in the industry. He is credited with creating some of the most enduring brands in the high-end real estate arena such as: Classic Golf Resort, Tarudhan Valley Golf Resort, The Laburnum , The lvy and the Hibiscus among others. A keen marketing man, Mr. Chowdhry has previously held the post of Managing Director at International Travel House Limited (an ITC group company) and that of Chairman of Landbase India limited, the joint venture company between ITC Limited and Silverglades.
